This past weekend 3 time world champion, Mikey Musumeci, did a 2 hour seminar at CTA HQ. He went in depth into his straight ankle lock series, and taught the same ankle lock that he used to win his 3rd world title (and entered him into the the Guinness book of world records for fastest tap in a black belt final)! Every one who attended had an amazing time and added a little something to their game!
After the seminar, we held our fall promotions at CTA HQ in San Jose. Promotions are always exciting times and this one was no exception. Congrats to everyone who got promotions and thank you to everyone who came out to support their team mates, you guys are the reason CTA is so special!
