About the School
Established in 2014, Invictus BJJ academy, located in Suriname South America is dedicated to the art and science of Jiu Jitsu. The academy was founded by head instructor, owner and Jiu Jitsu enthusiast, Jurgen Ho.
Jurgen Ho started this academy with a bright vision to offer the Surinamese people the opportunity to practice this gentle art. His goal was not only to teach self-defense, but also to show how an individual can apply the jiu-jitsu lifestyle in their everyday life.
In 2017 Invictus joined the Caio Terra association. Professor Caio not only has an unbelievable in depth knowledge of this art, but he is also a firm believer that family is the heart of every jiu-jitsu academy and this is in line with Jurgen’s vision as well!
For Invictus BJJ it will be an absolute honor to be part of the CTA family. I firmly believe that the collaboration with CTA, jiu-jitsu in Suriname will reach higher heights!
