About the School
Welcome to Gravity BJJ! We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
Our program structure allows anyone to learn the gentle art of Jiu-Jitsu so if you are looking to learn self-defense or would like to compete or even need another source of fitness and personal development, you will accomplish your goals at Gravity BJJ. We strive to provide a safe and fun atmosphere for students of all ages.
For the past 13 years Logan Lidemark, head instructor at Gravity BJJ has been passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With a background in other martial arts, such as Kali, Judo, Muay Thai and Boxing, Logan has become quite the instructor. His passion for teaching grows each day, whether it’s developing the adult programs or the kids programs, he inspires those that train with him. His calm demeanor and patience make him a likeable instructor. In December 2009, Logan finally received his black belt, one of the greatest highlights of his life. Seven months later, he is thrilled to open a school of his own, a life long dream.
In 2013, Gravity BJJ officially joined a new association. Going forward Gravity BJJ is proud to be affiliated with the Caio Terra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association, led by multiple world champion, Caio Terra, an elite black belt, multiple champion in the Worlds, Pan Ams, American Nationals, Brazil Cup…etc.
Gravity BJJ & Martial Arts is easily accessed from the Greater Vancouver area: Surrey, Delta, Richmond, Langley and New Westminster.
