At Fuquay BJJ we strive to help students get the most out of their training while helping them reach their personal and fitness goals. The more you train the more you begin to understand about the art and more importantly about yourself. For students with consistency and dedication, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu truly becomes a life-style.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a lifelong journey, and can be enjoyed by everyone. With this in mind we have designed an effective learning plan or program of study that allows for students to naturally progress from the white belt to the black belt. Classes and their respective curriculum at any Caio Terra Academy are not isolated from one another, but elements of a larger structured learning plan called “Programs”.
